
Joshua is a rising sophomore and Regents Scholar studying Business, Economics, and Philosophy at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. After undergraduate studies, his goals are to pursue a law degree and work in law in Hawaii. At UH Mānoa, Joshua is an active member of the Mānoa Debate Union, which competes both nationally and internationally, the National Residence Hall Honorary, and the Residence Hall Association. He will serve as a Resident Assistant in Hale Aloha Lehua in the fall.
Passionate about rhetoric, policy analysis, and decision-making, Joshua also works as a researcher and debate coach for high-school students with Ethos Debate Communications based in San Marcos, CA. Outside of school and work, Joshua enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking, and playing basketball.
